David Gebauer has been working out of his home for over 10 years with no special permit. The wife Debbie Gebauer has a brain misfunction, they pretend to be helping the neighborhood but they have a child raper that works for him.
The person that live beside the Gebauers, the Menards, are just a stupid as the gebauers. They think people like them both but they really see through both of the parties. The gebauers put out plastic flowers and think its land scaping yea right.
