Complaint Review: D.I.Y.Neurocare of America

AS a last resort to spinal stenosis and neuropathy pain, my husband signed a DIY neurocare of American contract with a no risk, 12 month, 100% money back guarantee.  All of the conditions were followed--daily application of the low level light pads, twice daily (for one year), participate in all home coaching calls (there were none), follow the nutritional guidelines (which included supplements of Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, ProNeuro Neo 40 Arginine Complex Booster, Fish Oil, Flax Seed Oil and Magnesium.  All of this was followed for the entire year (3 hours a day!), with no results.  

At the end of one year, several calls were placed and never returned.  I finally got a person on the phone that said DIY Nerocare was no longer in business and no refunds were due ($3,945.00)I have a list of every call that I made to this company, and none were returned.  At the beginning, I received three calls asking how I was doing and changing the regime a bit (adding another area of the body for the treatment).

I do believe this was an entire rip-off--and most of us cannot afford to lose that amount of money when we are on fixed incomes.  What can those of us who purchased this "laser Pad" do to get our funds returned??  Dr. Joseph DiDuro and Dr. Tracey Regan both have their phones disconnected.  Dr. Di Duro lives in a very comfortable Scottsdale home on other people's money.  Dr. Tracey Regan is practicing in Florida dba KWEST Investments, 215 SE 8th Ave., #1700, Ft.
