Complaint Review: D&J Auto Parts

I ordered a steering wheel for a 2000 Mazda Protege from rene. I gave her my credit card info over the phone, and everything went through. I also emailed
Terry a picture of my steering wheel, so that way i would get the right color.

I called terry back and asked him, do you have this one in stock?, and he said yes. So, i said go ahead and ship the one that i emailed you, and he said ok.

So, i have been waiting and waiting, with NO steering wheel. I called back and spoke with Kevin, and i said, i spoke with Terry, and he said for me to email him with a picture of my steering wheel. So, he asked Terry, did you recieve an email from him?, and Terry said No. He is a liar. He even emailed me back saying yes he got the email. Kevin afterwards told me that they have sent out a Red steering wheel, and i said NO, my steering wheel is brown, And i demanded my steering wheel, or my money back. So Kevin said, he is refusing to do buisness with me anymore, So i said i refuse to do Buisness with you, and i want my money back, and he said it will be put back on my card, and until this day, i still never recieved my money back, or a steering wheel. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!
