D&J Auto Parts Strikes Again - Wrong Part, Refuses Refund - 58 BBB Complaints! Richmond Indiana

D&J serves as a third-party agent for other junkyards. They took our $120 order for a car radio (specific part number was given) and had the radio shipped by Ollie's Auto Parts in Phillipston, MA. They were advised radio was the wrong radio and was being shipped back to Ollies. Unfortunately, we did not take delivery confirmation, although a call to Ollies confirmed the radio was received.

D&J said they would refund on credit card. Never happened. Numerous calls, promises, they never called back. Complaint filed with Visa.

D&J told Visa part never returned (even though it was not being returned to them)-- their word against ours. Ollies would not cooperate by confirming return reported in conversation 2 months earlier. Bank of America VISA prefers to believe company that has 58 complaints filed against it with BBB of Central Indiana. B of A said they had no power to do anything, so ripoff D&J wins again.
