I ordered a speedometer for a mazda miata 1990 from a website called www.locateusedparts.com which is really d&j auto parts. I paid $ 75.00 on a credit card for the part which I received from a third party called auto parts pro,s that is in Florida. The part came and it had the wrong background color but i still had my mechanic try to install it, the part was wrong the wiring on the harness did not match a 1990 speedometer. i called Auto Parts Pro,s they said to return it to them, i did with delivery confrimation, in which they received it back on 06/01/06 and credited the D&J auto parts account three days later, I have called D&J Auto Parts over 6 times and was told to speak with kevin in returns, I spoke with Kevin 2 times explaining all the facts along with the name of the reciver, Vicky, of the part at Auto Parts Pro,s, Kevin stated he would handle the matter and call me back i,m still waiting two weeks later. they are a total rip off company!!!!!

This part was damaged in the process of trying to install. We are not responsible for any damages caused by your mechanics. We have sold over 10,000 parts since 2001. Everyone who returned our parts in the condition they were shipped to them has recieved refunds or replacement parts. If anyone need references from our company, please call. We will give any number of references from very happy customers.

This customer claimed the part we sent was wrong. We asked him to return the part for a full refund. However, they tried to install the part by altering the wiring. We clearly state that if a part is damaged we will not take it back. We have been in business since 2000. We have sold over 10,000 used parts over the years. We have thousands of happy customers. If anyone need a reference, please call us at any time.
