I purchased a D-Link 784 wireless router from Amazon on 5/10/2004. I contacted D-Link because the router stopped connecting to the internet. I contacted D-Link on Oct 24 and they also determined over the phone the router was faulty. They provided an RMA number and I returned it to them. They supposedly shipped me another one DI-784 router. When I received and installed it it still did not work. I questioned whether or not they just sent back the old one. I had no choice but I went out and bought a more up to date wireless router DI-642M. I contacted D-link concerning the router still not working and they would not refund my money. they told me I needed to go back to the retailer. The faulty wireless router is not the fault of the retailer but the manufacturer. I would like to get a refund of my money because the DI-784 router does not work and it is within the 3 year warranty the manufacturer provided on the router. I am good customer I went out and bought another D-Link product and my parents also bought a similar D-link product. I could have been a great customer reference but their technical support and warranty are really bad.
