D-link Routers from Hell Fountain Valley California
My parents were given a laptop and a D-Link router for Christmas 2005, and from the very beginning the router would diconnent multable times a day. Spent quite awhile with customer svc, they determaned it was defectiv gave a rma # ant told to ship it to them(at our cost). Well we are on our 4th one all returned at our expence! What gives? Can't they manufacture a product that works? And why should the customer have to foot the shipping expence for a defective product? I have a Linksys and never have a problem. So to all ya'll who want to go wireless stay away from D-Link because all they link to is your bank account.
