Complaint Review: D Link Systems Incorporated

I filed a $20 rebate for a D-Link 2.4GHz Omni-Directional 7dBi Indoor Antenna (ANT24-0700). I received an e-mail saying that my rebated had been processed and my check had been mailed on 09/04/09.

I waited three weeks and then called them when I hadn't received my check. They said I had to wait a month and then call them again. I called them again on 10/05/09 when I hadn't received my check. They said they would cut me another check.

It is 10/22/09 and I haven't received my check. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and now here. I will be contacting ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, or anyone else who will listen next. The rebate site is www.web-rebates.com/dlink
