Complaint Review: D & M PAVING LLC danny morgan

My brother hired this company to install there new driveway and danny morgan took $6900.00, to do the job they never applied for a permit so while Danny was laying down the stone the town came and fined us for having no permits.

we had to stop the job until we applied for the permit which I the home owner did now a few month later we have the permits and Danny will not answer our calls or text messages which we see he has read also we send him messages on here and we see he id online.

Do not use this company Danny took our money got us fined by the town of pipersville.  I attached the proof of the $1,000 fine we had to pay and a screen shot of text communication with danny showing his phone number to his business which is 732-328-5617 ..

I will not stop until i get the job finished or a refund for the work that wasnt completed.
