On may,16 I received, by mail, a letter which, at first glance, made it appear as if I had won a $1,400,000.00 cash award.

On futher examination the letter stated that all I had to do was send in a cash, check or money order for $19.99. No one should ever send cash through the mail.

On the back of the "company letter", in very light ink, it states that you had not actually won this award and that no "purchase" was necessary.

The oddly formed language of the letter contained many errors, grammitical and typed.
