I ordered an RV cover from this firm May 10, 2013, payment was that day by credit card.  Two weeks later, having heard nothing from them, I inquired about a delivery date.  

Four days later I received an e-mail response "Order Cancelled" - no further explanation.  Further inquiry resulted an thier response that there were "problems with our supplier" and that my money had been refunded to my credit card account.  NOT SO  

Another two days passed and I inquired as when the refund was processed because it had not cleared the bank.  No response. Another day another inquiry and I was told they could send payment that day via PayPal, appropriate information was given them for the transfer.  Another three days and I had received no payment, nor have I to this date.

Two telephone voice mail messages were also left, with no response.

It has become necesssary to file a dispute report with my credit card company, and contact consumer protection agencies in an attempt to correct this wrong.

It is sad when firms, more specifically the people in them, lose sight of the importance of honesty, integrity, morality, and the resulting impact it has on those whom they attempt to take advandage.

I would not recommend doing ANY business with this organization.

Following numerious e-mails, fiing reports with Better Business Bureau, state Attorney Generals office, and credit card company and 41 days after placing the original order the money was refunded in full.
