D R Horton Home Builders My back yard, patio, and rear of the home floods whenever we have a hard rain. It started 2 weeks after purchased. Birmingham Alabama
I closed on my newly built home on 1-29-2008. When a hard rain comes, my yard floods from the rear of the house, all the way to the front, past the master bedroom, the kitchen, the middle bedroom, all the way to the garage. I have made countless phone calls to D R Horton's warranty department, to no avail.
I reported flooding to D R Horton on:

3. 3-04-08
4. 3-07-08
5. 3-13-08 I typed a letter to Mr. Chesser and hand delivered it to him because he came to my home on this day to check, to no avail.

10. 4-28-08 (I sent certified letters to D R Horton's warranty dept, president, and survey dept., to no avail)
Finally, D R Horton' builder Gerald Hatton came to my home and said that my privacy fence caused my flooding. My fence was installed on May 2, 2008.
The builder Gerald Hatton installed a four feet tray next to my patio. It rained the next day, and the tray did not fix the problem. I called D R Horton to report the flooding after the tray was installed, to no avail. I need help in Alabama.
