I was frauded, misrepresentated, not representated, bullied, out of a lifetime investment and into a worthless purchase with too high loan. I brought my whole family into this. This "friend" turned realtor took advantage of my fragile family & cognitive disability under duress.

He rearranged paperwork to "push this loan through", had others pressure me, pushed me to the limit physically to move family of 5, 24 yrs., paid up home. He denied the continguency clause; ignored a cash offer while trying to have me sell too low to his friend. He kept arranging reapirs, deducted from equity, on my "as is". He got together with the seller's relator to "push the loan"." He wanted sell & closing in one month, but it was changed 5 times & when the date went by, insisted that I still couldn't get out of the sell.

He threatened a lawsuit to take my equity if I didn't move & sign away. He kept going into my papers & have me sign & re-sign with "trust me, its done this way". He disregarded my not wanting to sell, the hardship on my health, my son's failing mental health, in fact, called him a worthless consideration in front of him. He began a bullying compaign including degrading statements & asked others to put pressure on me.

He said the purchase had passed all, & was ready, but it was condemned a month later & insurance cancelled. The back was full of uncleaned up toxic wastes, a tree was falling over, mold, no working utilities, nothing up to code & safety. The loan is as high as my fixed income. I cannot resell, afford to refinance, rebuild. The title to the "granny" was lost intentionally & found hidden under a different address. The pest inspector stated he was told by the realtor not to inspect it; to do an extremely limited one on my house, which wsn't much & written very tricky to make you think it was complete. The pest manager stated the realtor was his best customer. Yet I was told differently.

The house was supposed to be cement foundation; nothing. When I complained, one realtor didn't even respond at all; the other said "we have good lawyers". Many people up here say the same story--this is a common way to dump an old home for a big price, & the loan company doesn't care, money in everyone's pockets, while you lose your equity. Especially if you are disabled, elderly, single.

I lost my belongings during storms while waiting on escrow & to find the title; lost my health,am in constant pain, & my daughter has asthma. I have spent all I had trying to make something livable, for naught. The realtor knew of my delicate circumstances & family & purposefully lied. He had formally been a renovator, so he knew full well that the house wasn't up to par & that is why the first loan company didn't go through, the second dragged its feet. My upset teen son ran away. I lived a few weeks in a tiny, damp, cold trailer, & lost animals. Later he stated that he wasn't really my realtor--just manipulated, talked, acted like it, was paid. Everyday he talked so sympathically about the people who wanted to move into my home I suspected he was having an affair with someone connected with it which wasn't calmed when he served divorce papers to his spouse a week later. But I knew he wasn't representating my best interests at that time.

I kept records of signing under duress, his requests & statements, the damages via further inspections & pictures. This was an intentional fraud of at least 200,000 at an age when I can't recoup and will probably end up homeless, and lost a lifetime investment in my paid up home I left.(x 5 family members) I've lost all continuity in my way of living, contact with family, friends--too unhealthy for them to come here, & nothing stable; I despair everyday on how to make something work or pull something together. Things compounded upon itself. There are many more outrageous details, unprofessional behavior, things you would not believe or would make the hair stand up on your neck. Yet I cannot afford to find an attorney for relief, which is why it is open season on people like me. Anyone who wants to take this is on is more than welcome by me. I will fully co-operate because a glimmer of getting out of this deep hole is better than total despair.
