Complaint Review: DAB Unlimited

I ordered NeuroSleep and Sleep Unlimited with the understanding it was a 30 day trial and could cancel any time before that.  I ordered on 6/1/17 and it shipped on the 2nd.  I did not get it till 6/15/17.  and the same day was billed $89.95 for "NeuroXR" and $79.95 for "NeuroXR Sleep"  Neither name of which I ordered.  Even the ingredients were different.  I had to go through my bank to trace the phone number.  The customer service person was slightly apologetic.  I said I just got it and he said they confirmed it  got here on the 7th.  The Post Office did not get it here till 6/15/17.  I told him I was returning both bottles unopened since I never got to use them.  He also told me it was a 14 day trial.  I said the advertising said 30 day.  We argued back and forth till he said he would give me a full refund and FINALLY after 30 minutes I got authorization codes.  

There is no email or web site that works.  They are robots and send you to never never land on the web.  I did a google search of the  address.  There are multiple company names in this little office. I found 3 others.  A complete scam.  Who knows what's in the bottles.   I will never ever do this again.  Nothing on Facebook ads are legit. This is the 2nd time I used a Facebook ad and got burned.  Don't fall for THIS.  These products are scam shell companies with a dozen names and who knows where they come from or who makes them.  There was not even a manufacturer or any information on the bottle. My bank was informed and have a lawyer retained if they do not refund my money.  These kind of companies need to be STOPPED!
