Dabado Dabado ripped me off!!! Denver Colorado

I had purchased my Bolt from Dabado back on 7/5/16. I had heard alot of good things and was excited to buy it. When I got the box in the mail and opened it, the accessories were everywhere. It was not handles with care at all. After I got out all the pieces and started pu tting them together I realized that I was missing O-rings, My quartz nail was broken, and the bubbler was so lose it would slip off it I didn't hold onto it. I called and sent them an email right away before I even tried to use it. I didn't hear back from them all weekend so I wanted to use it and see how it worked. Well.... it didn't. THe bubbler attachment was so lose it didn't allow proper air blockage to allow the vapor to travel up the attachment. So again I called them Monday and let them know what the issue was. They said they would be happy to help and gave me the shipping address. To my dismay, they made ME pay for the shipping!

Over 3 weeks later I got the replacement bolt in the mail, excited again..... I turn it on and the nail doesn't heat up.... I call again and let them know after waiting over 3 weeks I got another broke piece of s*** in the mail. I was promised this one was gonna be perfect, it was gonna work great, it was gonna be tested. I was told on the phone they were NOT gonna send me another bolt that was missed my inspection. (that was their first excuse... that my first bolt some how didn't get inspected). I screwed in the quartz attachment and tried it again. IT HEAT UP! I cycled it 2 more times just to make sure it was getting hot. I out my medication in the nail and took my first real dab. (So I thought) THe nail got hot to my fingers, not hot enough to vaporize the dab. I then carefully removed the bubbler attachment and the whole top came off exposing the wires and all. So I called them again took pictures sent them in and explained what happened, BUT AGAIN I was told Im sorry Im not sure how that got missed by inspection... This was the same excuse I got from the last person I talked to. Are they training their employees to tell customers this regularly??? So I mailed it back AGAIN on August the 4th, Today is the 16th. No one will return my calls no one will answer my emails. This company is pure trash DO NOT order anything from them. Let them go bankrupt. I have asked for refund after refund with in the 30days all they wanna do is take your money and claim there was resin on the product. I used it one time, I cleaned it with 91% alchohal from top to bottom. It was clean their claim is that it had resin so I can't get a refund.... Again I feel thats what they are trained to do so they don't have to refund the money. How can anyone run a buisness this way??? GIVE ME MY F****** MONEY DABADO!!!!!!!!
