DAC/USIS I am unable to get a job, because of a false DAC report about a drug related charge in 2003. I obtained the case #, called the court, they said that case is for someone else entirely. I have much more inf las vegas, Nevada
I recently moved to vegas,and although doing many applications for truck driving,have beeen turned down so far. Most won't tell me why,but one did. They advised I had a drug paraphenalia and trafficing charge from 2003,in which I recieved 1 year probation and other penalties.This is total B/S and is ruining me This info is on my DAC/USIS. I was given the court name and case number. I spoke with the clerk and gave her my social. She did a background on me and found that the information was false,as I knew it was. She looked at the case file,and found it was for someone else entirely,no information matched.different social,name etc...although she could not give the actual info of the person over the phone.Now I know I can go through all the channels to have it removed,but the lenght of time it's going to take is gonna put me on the street. I don't have any idea how this false info was placed there, but it has to be fairly recent as I worked for Fed ex not long ago,and would never have been hired or been able to keep the job with this career ending lie !
