Ten years ago we purchase a very expensive, "high-end" Double Oven from Dacor.  In the last two years, the oven has been non-working for months at a time, mostly due to the lack of parts availability.

Currently the oven has been down since July 2020 and even now Dacor cannot even make an estimate of when the parts will be availsble (i.e. no Thanksgiving or Christmas).

Customer Service has promised to call once per week for an update but has failed to call even once.  Like every other company, Dacor is blaming COVID for their problems, however, the same thing happened last year (before COVID).

I urge anyone considering the purchase of a Dacor appliance to avoid this at all costs.  They do not support their customers, nor their products.
