Dad's Bail Bonds Turned his back on a $7,000.00 customer in need. Las Vegas Nevada
In the last year, I have spent over $7,000.00 with Dad's Bail Bonds/Jake Waggoner. I was recently arrested on a Probation Violation. This is not bailable. However, Jake Waggoner (Owner) accepted one free call from me @ C.C.D.C. and promised to check on a court date for me. Waggoner told me to call him back in 10 minutes, and he would have an answer for me. Jake Waggoner never accepted another of my free call attempts. I was not ripped off. However, what sort of customer service is that?! I expect service for my $7,000.00+. These calls were FREE. I called him from the Bull Pen, where calls are always free.

I see a common theme in your report; it's all about YOU. First let's look at your own words. You start off complaining about spending more than seven thousand dollards with Dad's Bail Bonds. I don't know if that is just fees or collateral, too; but either was it was YOU who put yourself in the situation of needing a bond.
Then you write, "This is not bailable". This shows that there really was nothing the bobd company could do for you. When you called you were expecting something for nothing. You wanted then to find out your next court date. First of all why should they do that since there was no possible way of writing a bond for you.
Bail Bond Companies are businesses. Businesses expect to make money. Free call services is not the way a company makes money. By the way those "free calls" you talk about are only free to the inmate. The company pays a hefty price to accept each call and also for the directory advertising. So it is only free to YOU.
I'm thinking to myself that if you would have paid attention during your initial appearance you would have known when your next court date would be. Blaming the lack of interest by the bail agent is reasonable since they had no way to help with the bond. Also, did you consider that they were busy with people working on bonds. People in the office should be taken care of first and quickly; after all, the folks in custody are not going any where soon (LOL).
When arrested have a little patience, don't antagonize anyone. Be sure to have your booking slip before you call the bond company. Be sure to give them someone to call to put up collateral for you. Work with the bondsman. Everything will go much soother if you do.

There you go! Hear that? It's all my fault. Jake Waggoner made a promise, and it's my fault that he didn't follow through with it - because I violated my probation. This is what $7,000.00 gets you with Dad's Bail Bonds, Stacey, and Jake Waggoner. This is the service you will get, too. Decide wisely when you need service from a Bail Bondsman. My recommendation.....go see the guy who's name sounds like an ant-eating animal.

You violated your probation!!! What do you want?? You said yourself that this a no bond situation so what it the reason you think he will check your court date?? That is up to your attorney.
