Complaint Review: Dads Are Awesome

Bought a set of dog tags for my son for Valentine's day and this company automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription for 19.95 without my knowledge or consent. All they do is send emails. Why the heck would I pay 19.95 a month for emails that are soliciting their products and cluttering up my inbox. Called the bank and disputed the charges and my bank credited the charge back into my account and put a 2 year stop payment on dads are awesome (they waived the fee for that as well). The bank gave me the contact information for dads are awesome. I call them up and it goes to vm, of course it does. It states in the vm that if you are trying to cancel a monthly subscription then you have to do so by writing and email it to support@dadsareawesome.com. If you are trying to reach them or just want to hear the vm here's their number 843-300-4179. I will be researching any new company I purchase from for now on!
