We remodeled out kitchen to the tune of $16,000. We purchase an Ewave microwave, very attractive unit in stainless steel. This morning 1/20/09 the unit was completely blank of the ususal time setting. We checked out breakers in basement that was ok. This unit to all accounts has just stopped.

We reset the breaker, the unit is still off. I am so upset, since this unit was placed above out oven/range and takes two men to install. All of the contact information that was placed in their booklet does not work. I am going to try to reach them by website shortly. I wanted everyone out there to know that this unit has not really work properly since we purchased it. I know that the company knows these facts and should do something to help the folks that paid good money to support them and this product. My husband and I are retired and this is an expense that we just don't need at this time.
