DaFuq!?Boom! Invisible Narratives LLC Company Charged me for an Item I did NOT receive and then Lied about it. Santa Monica, California
I am reporting a fraudulent transaction with DaFuq!? Boom! shop. On February 20, 2024, I purchased a T-shirt from this company for the amount of $24.74. I provided all necessary information, including my full address. However, the item never reached my home because the company failed to list my complete address. Specifically, they omitted my house number and street name, causing the package to be redirected to the local post office. Consequently, the postmaster returned it to DaFuq! Boom's facility.
While I spoke with the company who told me they would refund me, they never did. I provided my bank with the tracking information from USPS that shows that the item was never sent to my house and was instead returned to their facility. The USPS tracking number matches the number DaFuq!? Boom! provided to my bank during the dispute process. Furthermore, I have a confirmation email from DaFuq!? Boom! to me, which includes the same USPS tracking number.
Additionally, during the dispute process with Citibank, the company provided false documents to make it appear as if I had received the product. However, I had the actual tracking information from USPS and emails from them admitting the issue to prove otherwise. This company's actions show that it is just another internet scam.
I urge others to be cautious and avoid doing business with DaFuq! Boom to prevent similar fraudulent experiences.
