Complaint Review: DAHLIA ABRAMS

Dahlia Abrams came to me for a haircut, specifically requesting a very small trim and asking me to add some layers without cutting her length. I followed her instructions accordingly. Throughout the haircut, she repeatedly emphasized that I should not cut her hair too short. To reassure her, I showed her the amount of hair I had taken off by pointing to the hair on the floor. After completing the haircut, I informed her that she didn't have to pay if she wasn't satisfied with the result. However, she insisted that I deserved payment for my time and the products used.

Two days later, she contacted me claiming that I had removed too much of her hair and demanded a refund. In response, I refunded the entire amount she had paid. To my surprise, she then asked me to cover the cost of hair extensions. At first, I thought she was joking, but when I asked if she was serious, she stated that, as a lawyer, she would take legal action against me. I informed her that she was welcome to do so. Subsequently, she proceeded to write a scathing review using derogatory language to describe me.
