 I ordered a hat for my husband on 1/3/2017, it’s now 10/5/2017 and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent so many emails over the past 10 months asking for the hat, and I’ve only gotten 1 reply asking me what my order number was. I replied but after that he never wrote me back.My husband is a huge fan of these hats and it’s a shame they’d treat a returning customer like this.
