Daily Income Bux dont answer to me to know my status account and not want pay me Nationwide

The Company Daily income bux put right this
We are screening all the accounts and we have found 3 more accounts with same ip, according to our rules we don't allow more than 1 account at a time, so we have temporary put your account on ban but you can get it back by providing us with verification documents, passport or Drivers License ID and utility bill for the last 3 Months for address verification.

I sent documents and the not answer to telling me if whats happens with my money. I invested more than $600 and totally pay me around $1200, and they refused to answer my e-mails

I was thinking when somebody try to do cashout they make a tiev to don't pay nobody because I am waiting more than 1 week for a simple answer.
