Complaint Review: Daily Wage

Hello,

On looking for a work at home job, I came across Daily Wage. Everything about it seemed legitimate and what got me hooked finally was the fact that along with the introductory package came tax forms that I had to fill out and send back. Tax forms generally coincide with legitimacy, correct? They also state they are on the BBB online. Little did I realise at the time that this actually meant BAD Business Bureau!!!

Anyway, I waited for 2.5 weeks and nothing in the mail. So, I tried to email the company where it said contact us on the website... no luck, and still no answer. Somewhere I found another email address so I tried to send another email. Once again, no luck.

On looking at my paypal transaction history I found my money was transferred to a Sonia Niedrist and there was an email there that I could contact (paypal@clericalgear.com). So, I sent a third email and still no reply.

After that, I contacted Paypal and asked for my money back and they sent out an automated letter that was NOT helpful. And still no refund.

Upon checking Daily Wage out on the rip off report website, I found two bad reports describing exactly what I've been through.

I am doing this report as an update on the other two, which were a week ago as the other two have some missing information.

I noticed on the first two reports that they only put the application processing address.. here I have given the authorities the actual address for the main corporate office.

Also, Daily Wage has a mother company in the name of United Network Inc that they are in joint venture with. They also have two other companies that I know of which are In Touch Services, and Maya Corp.

Outside of all of this trouble, after reading the first report in here about Daily Wage and how the lady tried to get her money back through Paypal... why has Paypal still not blacklisted Daily Wage from doing business through their website and making it unsafe for other people to buy Daily Wages' products??? And why can't we get our money back from Paypal whereas this other lady could?
