The Daily Wire Daily Wire Plus Misleading and fraudulent advertising of subscription to DailyWire+ Nashville Tennessee
On or about July 30 2022 a DailyWire "pop-up" advertisement appeared on my screen urging me to subscribe to DailyWire+ as it purported to be something of a Hot-Line to Dr Jordan Peterson videos.
I subscribed via my Visa Card (Australian $ 135.48). The same day their material started arriving via email and the content was devoid of any Dr Jordan Peterson material. It contained a load of rubbish focussed on USA political nonsense that was as relevant to their advertisement as the contents of my neighbor's garbage bin.
This is as blatant fraud as I have witnessed in my long life in business (I am 86yo). I made an immediate request for a full refund but was told that I am stuck with my paid 12 months subscription. Should DailyWire get away with misleading advertising and fraud of this nature?
