I ordered $10,000 worth of camera equipment including a pro-cam by JVC. I was telephoned by DDD to confirm the order. After speaking at length I was talked into a different pro-cam, this one by Sony plus it would save me $1600.

Instead of charging me $8400 they took the entire 10K. I noticed this error when I received my order and instead of the $400 tripod I ordered they sent a $37 substitute. I contacted DDD and told them of the over-charge and the tripod mix-up and DDD sent me the correct tripod. They told me it would take up to two weeks for the $1600 to show in my account so I waited.

Three weeks later the told me to wait another week. They then attempted to transfer the monies a second time and sent me an email with a jpeg of the receipt. Still nothing and they wont return my calls or emails. I suggested a money order and still nothing. Daily deal digital stole $1600 from me.
