Dairyland Insurance Ripped my Premium refund off. Ozark Montana and Stevens Point Wisconsin

On June 7 th 2004 I got motorcycle insurance. I paid two months premium at that time. I told agent I was moving in the next couple weeks, and needed new address for premium notice.

4 weeks went by, and I received the premium notice that had been forwarded, and the next payment was DUE. The next day I received 3 letters. One saying I needed to supply my motorcycle qualification. (I TOLD AGENT AT TIME OF SIGNING I WAS NOT RIDER.) Second one saying I needed to show proof of group I was a member of to maintain discount. (HE used WRONG group.) Third prior proof of insurance or they couldn't keep me. (I just bought bike.)

I called him up and his explanation was he had to put me down as rider to get insurance started, he got wrong group, didn't get address changed, and last since I was buying bike from family member, I needed to show they had had insurance, which IS BULL. I told him I thought I needed to get insurance somewhere else, if this was was the way they do business. I faxed a cancellation to him
I then got another cancellation notice for non payment of premium this week. I had this insurance from June 7 thru July 7, and they NOW say there is NO Refund for unused portion. I only used a month. BEWARE OF THIS OUTFIT!
