Ordered a cake 2 weeks before mothers day, company website says any order placed before May 2nd will be delivered before Mothers Day...well our cake wasnt! We called and spoke with customer service who stated they could not deliver before Mothers Day but will have it there that Tuesday May 10th. Well here it is May 13th and still no cake. Called customer service and voice mail states delivery happens 6 days after ordering the cake. Called back and got a customer serive rep who stated it would take 3 weeks from todays date (May 13th) - WHAT!!

They did not offer any apologies, compensation or advise, actually the customer service rep hung up on me after they found out that I was promised a delivery on May 10th, which was the 2nd option after not recieving the delivery before Mothers Day which was promised on their website.

I am now expecting a refund (no cake) and my Mom's Mothers Day was ruined. They are now advertising for Father's Days cake with a promised delivery before Fathers Day. DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE! This company is out to get your money and not deliver a product. This company is fraudulent in there actions and should be shut down. This company was premiured on a TV show called Shark Tank, well this company should be tanked all together!
