i ordered a whole house generator on 2-05-08 and paid them by check on the for in full for over $3,000.00 and they took it out of my account within 2 days.i waited over 8 weeks didnt get the generator or here from them so i called and they said it was going out this week so i waitted another week and didnt see it ,so i called them back and requested a refund they said i would see it in a week didnt get that either.so then i started reportting them to the BBB and flordia consumer service's at 305-375-4186.the refuse to answer to either of them so i have FILIED A CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM AND ANYONE THAT WOULD LIKE TO BE HEARD MAY BE PRESENT AT THE COURT DATE PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR MORE INFO AT (((ROR redacted))). THIS is how far i am havung to go to try and get my money back because i paid them by check and the have the full payment. I DO NOT RECOMEND DOING ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY OR PERSON !!!!
