Complaint Review: Dakota Funding

Dakota funding is a company being set up by Wayne Wikenheiser as his personal name is so tarnished that he has no other way to get investors.I was one of them when he used the scam that he had list from GMAC mortgage/Ditech and will show you the list to make offers on foreclosures.Once you agree on a property he will want your money as the down and he says his credit line will fund the balance of the transaction.Once you each get what you put in the profits are to be split but there are no profits as he never puts the money into ecsrow but will take off with it.This has happened to mulitple others.He has many judgements against him and will soon be tracked down by the authorities who are already after him for RE fraud.
