I do not understand how one person can sit at one machine, play for hours, spend over $800, and not get into one bonus game. I was playing monopoly at maximum credits ($2.50), and could not get into one bonus game nor win more that $50.00 ocasionally. I understand full and well that there are no guarantees when you are gambling, but not getting into one bonus game after $800 seems particularily odd to me. At this casino when you become a Dakota member, you receive players points as you play their games. These points accumulate and then you may receive discounts for food, lodging, even an occasional free $50.00. I'm wondering that once the card is inserted into the machine, they can pick and choose who wins? I may sound stupid, but this is how I feel. I will never enter the doors of this casino again and would recommend gambling at the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. Indian casinos are different

#2Consumer Comment

Unlike machines in Nevada or Atlantic City, games at Indian casinos are largely unregulated. Unlike NV, where the gaming commission mandates minimum payout levels to be programmed into the chips, most indian casinos can do whatever they like. Nevada's minimum allowable payout for any machine is 75%. NV casinos that advertised higher payouts (90-98%) at the site are required by law to abide by that and are continiously checked by the Gaming Commission. Atlantic City's minimum is above 80% and is also checked by their gaming authorities.

Contrary to that, indian casinos in most states have no regulations regarding minimum payouts. They can program the machines to payout next to nothing. Take two identical machines, one in Vegas and one on a reservation and you will get vastly different results. They may look identical, but the difference is all in the randomizer chip that's installed inside. One may pay back 90% of what it takes in and the other may pay back 55%. Big difference.

Due to the lack of regulation, I will not put a nickel in an indian casino machine.
