Well, I am one of the lucky ones. I checked online before I sent money.

It appears that Russ Dalbey or whoever he is, is now using a different company name but with the same premise. Send me 151 dollars and I will tell you how to find real estate notes and help you find a buyer with a website he already has that has buyers for notes biting at the bit. The name seems to crop up all over the net.

Here is my plan. There is a prepaid envelope for my signup. I am going to print several of the pages here with his name attached and send them in the envelope. Also, I am going to suggest that if his program is so great, he can send it to me and deduct the 151 dollars from my first deal that I make.

He has a 30 day money back guarantee. My idea is a even better guarantee. Just thought everyone should be aware of what name he is currently using.

I too recieved his book. Is he onother scam artist like many others just selling books?. Also, your idea of sending you the plan and deduct the 151 dollars is a good idea. Thank you Richard, and GREAT thanks to the ripoffreport!!
