Thankfully I did a search on Russ Dalby's Note Network company before I took another step. I want to thank everyone on this site for helping me to avoid a huge mistake. My wife initiated the interest in Note network by ordering the materials ($90 worth), which turned out to be an extension of the infomercial.

Dalby's dogs hounded us with daily phone calls, in particular a guy who called himself John Simon. He went on and on about the Winner's Circle BS. Fortunately, being in sales for over 25 years helps me recognize BS when it presents itself so I was skeptical. I think I actually complimented the guy on his sales skills because he had an answer for everything!

As cautious as I am, I was willing to check it out on my own timeline after the calls finally stopped because I am looking to get into a lucrative and independent business. I knew I was going to be at home for 6-8 weeks due to surgery so i was going to get into this to see what it was about. So when the "Rip-Off Report".com link popped up on my google search it caught my attention.

I really feel for the people who were taken for $4000-$5000. These people are opportunists and they are good at what they do. The mission of any infommercial is to make money and these guys are no different. Infommercials are the pyramid scams of the milleneum.

Good luck to all of you in getting your money back. Don't let them get away with it!
