Dale Cook has liens in a Clermont County Court for ripping off Helen Hess for $1700. He bid on a reconstruction of her utility building, took her $1700 and never returned. He doesn't show up in court and he has other court history for wrong doings.
Helen Hess is over 80 years old and just lost her husband earlier this year. She took him to court but he didn't show.
I have alerted all the local papers so they will hopefully refrain from accepting his business ads.

He drives a white van. Beware of this guy. He shows implication in an earlier murder trial according to internet criminal case searches.
His involvment was not stated.

Mr. Dale A. Cook pleaded guilty to Scamming $1700 from Helen Hess, an 83 year old lady.
The law moves slowly sometimes but in the end...justice was served.
Mr. Cook will either go to jail or if Helen Hess decides to be easy on him, he may get a lighter sentence.
Under any circumstances..I hope others will shy away from this crook when looking for a construction company in the Southern Ohio area.

Legit contractors show up in court

Mr. Cook, you left 5 planks and a small box of wood screws at Helen's property. You did no work...we took photos to prove it. If you had shown up for your court date as any legitimate contractor would have..you would have had to explain this "So called " work that the photos show otherwise.
Any Legit contractor would answer calls from the better business bureau. You did not.
Mrs --- is 83 and you took her money and ran. You have a lein registered in Clermont County. That means the Judge agrees with Mrs. --.
Anyone reading this rebuttal will understand the judge's decision when Mrs. Hess shows up with photos and you don't show up at all.
My guess is, anyone reading this controversy will shy away from you when looking for honest dealings. We aren't done with you Mr. Cook. I suggest you refund the $1700 to Mrs. Hess and hope the rest of this area forgets about your mistake.
This is our last rebuttal. Try to explain why you didn't show up in Court if you are the honest man you claim to be.

In all the years in business, this is the first negative respones ive recieved. Not every customer is honest in there claim. Not only did the money receivedfrom our company go toward material, some work was performed before the contract disagreement. I dont feel she deserves montary refund for material money when the material was left on the job. You cant exspect someone to change a job order and add work and not want to pay the differnce. As far as the illegal activity, well someone point out where ive been imlicated in murder. thats absurd.
Therefor that is slander. Some people sue and complain, as she does over everyone, like her neigbors, the county. Some people think everyone owes them something. Ive done hundereds of thousands of dollars worth of work, if i was scaming someone why wait for $ 1,700 dollars ?

First, I did take $1,700 from mrs. ---. For material. All which was delivered and left on site. However she changed her mind on what she wanted because of all the different people telling her this and that. She wanted to change the contract, but not pay the difference, so we did not finish the job. All material was left, we stated let who ever finish since there running the job. She was not adding a bunch of work to the contract with out a change order.She has filed law suits and complaint against her neigbors, the county and god knows.
Second, I have never been involeved and any other dispute, exspecially muder.
We have know filed a lawsuit for slander, and deflimation of character for those comments.
