Dale Douglas - EmarketProfessionals, DivineImpact Corporation goods delivered are not as described violation of merchant agreements AKA emarketprofessionals, weeklycashincome, personalinstantcash, divineimpact, emarketpay, Burnsville Minnesota
I purchased Personal Instant Cash Machine System by Dale Douglas.
This system clearly indicated I would NOT have to sell anything personally to anyone.
Following the system, and purchasing more services from E-market Professional, I find out on STEP 3 I must have a product to sell. I cannot proceed unless I set the price for this product. If I cannot proceed, then I cannot activate the product, thus I cannot receive a refund.
As I review the statement, it indicates I do not have to sell PERSONALLY. Therefore, it may be argued the computer is selling it, and I am not. That is also like saying, People don't kill people, guns do. To the best of my knowledge I am responsible for the web-site, therefore, I am selling.
I am accusing this company of violating merchant policy. Both VISA and Federal regulations.
I have screen prints of various steps. Copy of Emails, as I attempted to request a refund, which were denied. I also have digital photographs of screens that has security in place to prevent screen prints.
Also, and FYI, I noticed different groupings for the same company. The actual name for this company is: DivineImpact Corporation. It is based in MN. It is the owner of the following websites: www.emarketprofessionals.com, www.weeklycashincome.com, www.personalinstantcash.com, www.divineimpact.com, emarketpay.com
Some of these other websites have complaints listed in RIP-OFF Report.
