I purchased software from this person and have continually requested a refund. On the website of Rank Locator he promises a unconditional "no questions asked" money back warranty. When trying to access the website http://www.ranklocator.com on 6/17/03 matchdesk.com a dating serfvice came up. Dale also has used this doamin name for email.
