Lies, cons and fraudulently rents out his house on Orchard that has no certificate of occupancy, which he knew was full of mold. Has not had it properly inspected. Lights flicker, fire danger. Full of toxic black mold per professional mold inspection. when these things are brought to his attention, he proceeds to evict for no reason and blames tenants for mold even though sworn testimony from former tenants and expert opinion state otherwise. Mold is behind the walls, in the attic and crawlspace where it can't be readily seen. crawlspace fills up with water when it rains and it smells like a rotten indoor pool. Lower kitchen cupboards were full of mold but covered up to deceive. furnace and duct work spews toxic black mold spores and stinks horribly. city of Romulus does nothing. judge brian oakley says on the record he is not going to fine him or make him be compliant with already in place city code/ordinances. my opinion that he is paying them off or SOMETHING. Do not rent this house. Not only is it unhealthy and will make you sick but this guy is pure, lying, con artist scum
