Dallas Dancewear - Patricia Croxton Ordered Wrong Size-Yelled Cursed And Hung Up And Called Mall Security On My Mother Wont Give Our Money Back Grapevine Mills Mall Texas
Me and My Mother ordered ballerina slippers for my flowergirls to wear at my wedding in November. We payed in advance and Patricia said that the shoes ran two sizes too big, but we tried shoes on that were the same brand just a different color.
Patricia argued about what size we should order, and when we went to pick them up they were (as we thought)too small!
We asked for our money back or order the right size and Patricia maintained that she told us the shoes ran small (Just the opposite of what she really said). She Lied!
She cussed, hung up the phone, and refused to give our money back. My Mother went to the store to talk to her and as soon as she stepped in the Shop, Patricia called Mall Security!
The Security gaurd, after speaking with my Mother escorted My Mother to go file a complaint against Patricia, and said himself that she has serious mental problems! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DALLAS DANCEWEAR AT GRAPEVINE MILLS MALL!
