Bought a 2012 Compass there two years ago and had a great experience. Flash forward and I went in for a 2014 Journey. They told me they had found the one I wanted and brought it in from out of state. That took nearly a week. I gave them some slack on it because it had been a holiday weekend. When I went to look at it, someone had spilled something all down the driver's door. I got told it would be cleaned up. They were clear it did not have remote start on it as I wanted and told me it would be installed. Everything else I asked for was supposedly there. Left it there for TWO DAYS so the remote start could be handled. Settled on a pick up time, now more than a week later. Went to pick it up and spent two hours with them just trying to pick up a vehicle I had already signed paperwork on. Got told the remote start hadn't been done yet. Why not? Oh, we didn't realize we didn't have everything. Went to leave with it, FINALLY, and found out there was no nav and no back up camera as I was told. WTH? Went in again and asked. Got told "Oh, it just needs to be activated." Left it there AGAIN and was told they would call me first thing the next morning after everything had been done. Waited until afternoon, still no call. Went up there to be told that they couldn't do anything yet and that it would be another WEEK before it would be ready. Mind you, I paid for this vehicle 10 days prior to this. I left with the keys to my Compass again.

Basically I got told 'Oh well". After speaking to several other dealerships, I find out that in order to add back up and nav, it's an AFTER MARKET deal that is NOT the same thing. Again, one more thing they didn't bother to inform me of.

A few days later, I get a call from KB, who suddenly wants to install everything (He claims he told me it was all after market, but I have the phone call recorded and he absolutely did NOT say such a thing) and wow, give me another grand on my trade in, which they were already lowballing me on. And suddenly I'm supposed to jump for joy.

Don't even waste your time stopping at this place. They will use a classic bait and switch on you, and I'm not the first one who has complained about this kind of practice. The BBB has other complaints for the SAME THING.
