I met Dallas Dornath or Dallas Walker Dornath via Craigslist on Des Moines Craigslist and we had a deal to trade electronics for electronics.
We were set to meet to finish the transaction at the Iowa State campus when Dallas cited his mother was in the hospital for a stomach surgery, and he could meet several weeks from then to finish the transaction, I was in a rush to get back to my hometown as school was finishing and I told him to just mail the items to my address, and I would meet his friend to complete the transaction.
Long story short... he never mailed the items, and robbed me for over $2,000 dollars worth of stereo equipment for his car, I have spoken to the police about this in his home town and where I left the items and they told me he has done this to several people, but it is hard to prosecutue...
