Beginning over three weeks ago the US Congress Approved Library Computer System was initially Down then Manipulated.
Programmers did interfere with a guaranteed one click link to Dallas Morning News.
The Incident is currently on the minds of ERMS Teams!
The Administration has not answered as to why this occured.
It is true that many High or Top Priority Investigations in the immediate proximity now looking into different levels of Corruption. That Dallas Central Library is precisely across Young Street from City Hall.
Just last week more Suspects that City of Dallas Officials were named in newspapers!
This Incident could have been stopped and now Scores until resolved an Intentional National Security Breach daily.
In addition, Texas State House Committee General Investigation Inquiry looking into City of Dallas Abatement/Protected Zone Laws and Dallas Police Department Mis-Conduct that started less than two months ago is hindered also!
In other words the Dallas Morning News link is non-functional however must be to allow electronic Statements or Testimony.
