On 01-21-06 I ordered a motorcycle helmet fm this co., after many hrs of research in determining what seemed a good helmet for my purposes. they even list consumer reports on they're site. Looked good & not to good to be true. So I placed an order on line, and recvd a receipt, W/no card info & no phone number.

It was stated on the site that this helmet might take about 15 days to arrive. After about 21 days I researched a ph.number and placed a call. I got an answering machine stating,"motorcycle helmet emporium, leave your name and number and we will return your call". So I left my name, number, and my order #, also stating that I had not recvd my helmet and felt maybe i needed a routing number to follow up with.

The next day or so, I heard nothing and began to wonder if anyone was even there, since surely a company must listen to they're voice mail. after another day or so I went back on the site and finally located a page to email them of my concern. The following day I rcvd a phone call stating "my order would be delayed another week of ten days till around the end of Feb.". I said "well ok then, I'll wait awhile longer, but you can understand that I'm anxious since I recently bought an ultralight airplane and yet have no helmet w/which to fly".

On march 2,06 I again tried to call, and left a msg w/voice mail w/all pertinent info, and again rcvd no response so I went online again, again leaving all pertinent info, & requesting contact. I felt I was being ignored and felt that maybe there truely was no-one there, just some one taking orders online w/no real product or that they had recently closed busines w/no cust contact and no recompense. Iagain wnt on line to the contact site and left another msg and stated that I was also going to place a review of my own on their review site, and so I did.

That's when I went back into my mail box and found in my bulk mail a short, terse, unapologetic, & and w/no other option offer, just, "your helmet will not be available till after april".

Then two more e-mails saying what seems to be the problem. I clicked to return and wrote that it felt as though they were unconcerned of leaving me hanging w/no contact and no information, no follow-up, no option to change order or opt out, or any other option.

I have here-to-fore recvd no further communication.
