                                                STATEMENT OF FACTS
The first time when Mr. Weeks responded to my Craigslist list ad; I had told Mr. Weeks What I was looking for a (I am an out-of state college student looking for a dorms in New York, in the Manhattan area.) since I was coming from out of state; I spend the next few weeks communicated back in forth via e-mail with Mr. Weeks.    What Mr. Weeks had told me about the apartment; when I arrived; I arrived in New York Penn-Station. Mr. Weeks E-mail Conversation with me was that the place where I supposed to move in was in New York. My ad on Craigslist stated exactly what I was looking for and where I want to moved; yet, later Mr. Weeks told me that he made a mistake in the conversation that the place was in Newark, I replied back (Newark what the heck  is that and where the heck is that?). He then told me :in New Jersey. Please keep me in mind that I travel ,many
miles away from home, all the way from Florida. I remember how angry I felt. I had made all of my researched in New York, not Newark.

When I finally arrived it was late that afternoon and it was raining Heavily. I felt trapped: then he then told me to ( catch either the gray-house bus or the  New Jersey train or the path train to  Penn-Station in New Jersey;)  I caught the New Jersey Transit Train that cost me $5.00. When, I arrived he told me, Ill have my Business Partner Ralph  picked you up. The room is not ready yet the person that stayed there will be moving out by the 15 of April you should have
it by the 17th of April.  I arrived on Thursday April 2, 2009. I spend the next few weeks at his partner Ralph place in South Orange/ Main Street, along with Ralphs daughter. Ralph put me in a den/family room/entertainment room. I slept on the couch until they  moved me to 239 South 8th Street 3rd Floor, Newark, New Jersey.

On April 15, 2009: Mr. Weeks called Ralph, his Business partner, and told him, Shell be moving in  on April 17th 2009, I need her to get her stuffs ready. Ralph charged me $200 extra for staying  here. Mr. Weeks concealed from me that the apartment was not a legal rooming house.  He knew I was coming from a long way and lead me to believe that I was
renting a legal apartment.  When, I finally moved in, I thought the place was a mess, and smelly. Mr. Weeks told me he was, fixing things and it will take awhile, please be patient.  That was on April 17th 2009. I really thought that the apartment was a legal place. Mr. Weeks been lying, concealed, deceive and manipulating the systems, the tenants, as well as me.

 Everything supposed to be adequate before move in from the start of April 17, 2009. December 2009: my room was freezing-cold: when I started to complain about the coldness in my room; Mr. Weeks responded, If you do not like it get out. Then, somehow he found out that the heater was up to the limit, Mr. Weeks called me one-day told me dont messed with the heater, your giving me a high bill. I called up a good-friend Mr. Trust who thought Ancient Kemet class that I had attended: he had a friend from Africa who fixes-houses. Mr. Trust called his friend. They came and took care
of the window situation for me: I found out there was a cracked in the glass-window and that they needed to replace the glass for me. They took care of that. Mr. Weeks didnt offer to pay for their cost nor labor. 

 That Winter I got very sick. I caught a very bad-nasty-major cold, that almost put me in the hospital.   All of my friends from the Ancient Kemet class took times to nourish me back to help. I did spend two weeks in bed with that cold. I honestly thought the apartment that I resigned was a legal apartment.  Later; when, I went to 31 Green Street to complain; I spoke to someone in zoning, I found-out from the clerk the apartment was illegal: the clerk then called Ms. Harris from Code-Enforcement who later inspected the property, Ms Harris found several violations, and one of them was the Illegal Conversion.Right after Ms. Harris first inspection, its been drama-of-Hell from there-on for me: taking off from school, work, and along with personal times that cost me dearly both financially and timely.

 When, I learned that the place was not registered as/for a rooming-housing or did not have a legal certificate of habitability, because of Mr. Weeks concealment, lies, manipulates, fraud, deceitful of deceitfulness both the systems and the tenants and me. Mr. Weeks despoliation preventionof my Wrongful inducement to move into an Illegal Apartment N.J.S.A. 21: 18-61.1 G: Mr. Weeks does not have the proper license according to the state of New Jersey Law to opporate as a room and board.

 The licensing process ;Every rooming and boarding home must apply each year to DCA for a license. DCA must then inspect the homes and review their records each year. If DCA discovers that a building needs repairs or that other violations exist, it must send the owner a written notice of the violations. The written notice must state the date and time by which the owner must correct the violations. If the repairs are not made by the required date, DCA can (1) order the house to be closed, (2) fine the owner for the violations, or (3) ask a court to appoint a receiver. The receivers job is to make any necessary repairs or improvements and take all other steps necessary to properly operate the home. DCA
can authorize a county or municipality to do the inspections. If it does, DCA must control and supervise the inspections.

Mr. Weeks  Attorney told the Landlord/Tenant Judge that he operate an" Illegal Conversion" and that he stole the Tenant Properties, my personal properties: Monday September 26,2011 Judge Fast award Mr. Weeks; Mr. weeks is free to continue to lies, manipulates both the systems and his Tenants and the Court of New Jersey is not doing nothing about it. Mr. Weeks been avoiding housing Court and Criminal Court. Now, Mr. Weeks have a so call " Big class Attorney" that know the systems give Mr. Weeks the rights to Manipulate the systems and abused it as he sit fit like his pwn personal toilet....
