Complaint Review: Dan Abraham

And now I have a case action for slander. As well as the judge that heard our case. I have emails and text showing the kind of business man Dan Abraham is and I will get them notorized and post them. In one he states it is alright to cheat a morgage company but not a small business. I will look forward to posting his own words. As for my medical issues, I  have documentation of a long term heart condition and I am more than willing to produce it at our new hearing.

Dam Abraham is a reprehensable excuse for a man. Be very cautious in dealing with him directly or through his Company Scoupons

Kyper can attempt to explain her credentials. The fact is that she was contracted to obtain grants for us. She knew we were a for profit company. She assured us that was no problem and that she had unlimited resources to obtain grants for us. She took a $1250 deposit and produced nothing. She feigned an heart attack/anxiety attack to engage the sympathetic judge, who ultimately discarded the facts and ruled, subjectively, on how she "felt" .  

Judge Francie admitted in court that she knew nothing of the subject matter and should have recused herself. She did not. She does not handle business contracts of this nature in her Small Claims Court. She admitted so. When approached about the actual facts of the case and the fact that is really wasn't her juridiction or an appropriate case for Small Claims, she shrugged it off. I am not defaming this judge. I am stating what truthfully happened. She was inept and should have passed this case on the the District Court which is where contract disputes of this nature are resolved. She did not...

There was nothing provided proving that any grant applications had ever completed or filed by Kyper, other than drafts. She purported to have submitted grants on our behalf but never provided us with one prospect or any completed grants, as agreed to in her contract. Reputable grant writers provide you a completed grant document, grant prospects to be approached,criteria of the grants approached... We were provided none of this by Kyper though her contract called for her to provide all of this to us.

She now lashes out at me with ridiculous allegations! Consider the source. She never perfromed on her contract and since there is no recourse or appeal  in Small Claims the judgement may stand but will never be paid. I filed a complaint against this judge for ethial and judicial violations. Like most complaints against the judiciary, I never got a response.  

I would sue Kyper for liabel and slander but she is a pennyless alcholic trying to extort me through these posts! 

This will be my last response on this subject. Unlike Kyper, I have work to do and no more time to respond to her rantings. She scammed me out of $1250. I have absolutely nothing to show for it! That's indisputable!

Dan Abraham can say alle he wants. the legal courts did not belive him and ordered him to pay what he owed me. I provoided all the proof that they needed and he provided nothing but lies.  As far as me being a caterer, I was a catering sales manager for hotels for 20 years. That is an event planner , selling hotel space, creating menus for client needs. Not a catering position.  

Dan Abraham has bombarded me with his foul language and threats, and has defamed the judge that heard our case.

Jan Kyper is a liar and a fraud.  She and her company, Brunet Perry, purported themselves to be grant writers. I subsequently discoverd that she is a caterer. She agreed to attempt to obtain grands for my company, Save More Network, LLC for $2,500, half at the time of contracting and half to be paid when she obtained grants for us! 

She understood that we are a for profit company from the beginning. She never was successful in providing anything! We got no grant money and were never informed of any one she approached for grants.  She defrauded us out of the $1,250 and then sued us for the balance! She never provided anything! 

Kyper is a liar and thief. I tried to have her arrested. Lafayette Police Department has the records, for fraud and scamming us. They stated it was a civil issue. I knew she had nothing so a civil suit would be unproductive and waste of further time and money. 

She then proceeded to sue me in Lafayette Small Claims court for the balance.. non of which she was truly entitled to. 

At the court appearance she feigned a heart attack and was taken away in an ambuluance. Absolutely absurd. But it resonated with the older female judge. The 2nd court appearance, the female judge was sympathetic towards Kyper and ignored the fact that Kyper had been paid for work she did not produce. The judge completely ignored our contract and the performance specifics stated. The judge stated she knew nothing about grants or grantwriting but "felt" that Kyper had done some work. Absolutely preposterous! Kyper could not produce a shred of anything she had done and could show anyone she had approached. 

After months of trying to resolve this amicalby, I was furious.. as most would be. Yes, I ultimately cursed her. I don't like being scammed and hate paying a thief for somthing they don't produce. She was in violation of the initial contract and I refused to pay her a dime more than the $1250 she recieved ... and failed to generate a dollar to us. She rebutted with the fact that grants can only be awared to nonprofit companies and yet she knew from the very beginning that was not the case.

She now is defaming me and lying. I have never scammed anyone or any mortgage company, as she states. The woman is a delusional alcoholic with no resources. I have partners who can attest to my ethics. I have worked with LED for years and have been certified as an Entreprenuerial Business for over 8 years.  I have numerous references and business associates who support the fact that I am and have always been above board,act in a professional manner and are of sound character.

Kyper is a desperate woman, attempting to extort me through this post. I have no intention of paying her another dime, regardless of what the sympathetic, ignorant judge in Lafayette ruled.  I tried to report the Judge to the Louisiana Judicial reveiw but they are a waste of time. I cited numerous, valid, judicial infractions but if you have ever dealt with a crooked or ignorant judge you know how difficult it is to get them censured!

She has been paid $1250 and produced nothing for us. She will never see another dime from me.  Beware if you are trying to get a grantl. This is someone who will take your money and leave you wanting....
