"Dan" at RealElectronics.com rude, unprofessional, clueless, the business that doesn't give a dam Phoenix Arizona

I saw another report from a person who had the exact same experience I did with REALELECTRONICS.COM, and "Dan" in particular (who is supposedly the "owner"). Here is the final email I received from "Dan" after 2 days of frustrating back and forth emails with his Customer "Service" department (who I suspect is also "Dan"):

I am the owner....stop wasting time and stop harrassing us.

Funny you have the patience to bother us and threaten to slander our service,YET, you can't get your card situation straight......we usually suspect fraud in this case.

You have been blocked from sending us emails.

He'll be very lucky if I don't decide to sue him for slander, after all I have "the patience to bother and threaten them". I certainly don't appreciate being accused of "fraud".

This "person" doesn't have the first clue about how to deal with customers. I have every email that went back and forth, and it was only when I figured out that they weren't even going to reply back to let me know if I should look for the item somewhere else that I sent a cancellation email and told them that they needed to learn about customer service. The above reply was what I received. This "Dan" does not deserve to have a successful business, and I don't know how he's gotten where he is so far.
