Dan Casey, with Pro Built Construction was hired to do an extensive remodel on an investment home. He promised a 5 to 6 week completion because he has a crew of 18 men. He took 9,000 as a down payment and basically ordered windows, and put in a new plumbing stack, he demanded that a second payment be made at "rough in" which to him was the plumbing stack being done, naive us, we paid him an additional 7,000, and we havent' seen or heard from him since March. He won't return phone calls, texts, or emails. He didn't even bother to respond to our attornys letter. Don't use him or his company, his wife Nicole is just as big a fraud as he is, as she accepts money when he is "too busy with other projects to meet"
Lies is all he tells.

My name is Aaron Landis and I am also a victim of Dan Casey and Pro Built. It is my estimation that he has gotten away with $12K. Now he has declared bankruptcy and I do not have any recourse to recover this money. He has severely damaged a business we were trying to start.

I will be filing a lean on this property for money owed!per contract Plus the cost of custom windows and extra time involved in this mess of a house
gene Oliver had broke contract after not sticking to payment schedule.
so I got worried that they were out of money, and we took a lesser amount and continued working on his project and went farther in job and done more work he never offered to pay and get contract up to par.
always want to talk by texting and never buy phone, we waited for answers from him on windows and never got one. Then not wanting to do repairs to the house the right way! Gene you can not cover up water damage, and mold!
all contractors watch out for Gene and Diana Chambers!
they think they are house flippers! be cautious about house it's at (((REDACTED)))
