Dan Delgado gave me an estimate on a carpet job. He collected $500 up front, then never showed up to do the work. He gave me excuse after excuse and kept promising to send me a check. After serveral months he broke off contact.
Do not trust this individual. He claims to have been in business for 27 years, but he screwed me over without loosing any sleep about it.
