On Sat. Oct 31. Dan Golka responded to our inquiry for an awning we need.  He came to our home, sat at our kitchen table, we picked out a fabric, he measured the area and took a 50% deposit on the job and told us it would most likely be in before Thanksgiving.


He cashed our $375.00 check on Monday Nov. 2nd.  We didn't get any calls from him. We have always had to call him, he promised a new measureing date 3 or 4 times, and eventually showed up.  Then we got installation dates over and over and no one ever showed up or called us unless we called him and complained.


It's after Christmas now and we still don't have the awning and United Home Improvement and Dan Golka can obviously care less.  We just want our money back at this point, we know we've been ripped off.
