Dan Herbert, Best Sac Homes Group Big Block Realty North violated a signed agreement to adhere to basic COVID-19 mitigation practices when in my home Sacramento California
I am the owner of the house at 24319 Fairway Drive, Davis CA 95616.
At 12:30 pm on Sunday 26JUL20 Dan Herbert of Big Block Realty North, Sacramento, showed my home, after having signed a Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration Visitor Form (C.A.R. Form PEAD-V).
Mr Herbert blatantly disregarded the terms of this declaration by: (1) allowing three people into the house at the same time [the agreement specified a maximum of two persons], (2) not ensuring that people wore a face covering [2 of 3 did not wear a mask, and 1 of 3 removed the mask before the inspection was completed], and (3) permitting people to touch multiple surfaces [with un-gloved hands].
This blatant and selfish disregard for the conditions outlined in the signed agreement, and which was restated with signage at the entrance door through which Mr. Herbert entered the house, placed my family at grave risk during a global COVID-19 pandemic.
